ECOLINQX™ HD-PLC is the most advanced wireline communication technology in the market today, meeting the new communication requirements for IoT and Edge Connectivity. It Combines two internationally accepted standards into one powerful technology. HD-PLC is based on the new IEEE 1901-2020 PHY/MAC and ITU-T G.9905 CMSR “Centralized Metrics Source Routing” protocols. It achieves robust, megabit-speeds over several Kilometers of wiring in a highly secure fashion both indoors and out. Best of all, it can operate over any wired network including twisted pair, COAX, Ethernet, phone lines, and power lines.

Based on IEEE 1588-2008 PTPv2, it is intended for applications that require high accuracy for time synchronization between connected devices on the network, supporting up to 1024 devices.
